Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Wealth Transfer Labs ("WTL," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

Service Description

Wealth Transfer Labs is an intelligence platform that provides research, analysis, and insights on capital transfer patterns, wealth movement, and economic succession trends. Our services include:

• Weekly Breakdown: Free weekly newsletter with intelligence on wealth transfer trends
• Monthly Brief: Paid monthly research reports with in-depth analysis (subscription required)
• Custom Research: Bespoke research services for institutional clients
• Advisory & Workshops: Strategic advisory and educational services

Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Terms

Paid subscriptions to our Monthly Brief are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

Pricing

Subscription prices are subject to change. We will provide you with advance notice of any price changes. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent renewal periods.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@wealthtransferlabs.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to your subscription until that date.

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of that period.

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged for the subscription at the regular price.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on Wealth Transfer Labs, including but not limited to research reports, analysis, articles, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Wealth Transfer Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Share your subscription access with others
• Use our content for competitive purposes
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from our services using automated means
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of our platform

Subscriber Rights

As a paid subscriber, you may download and retain copies of our research reports for your personal or internal business use. You may share limited excerpts with colleagues within your organization, provided you include proper attribution and do not redistribute entire reports.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• Investment losses
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use our services

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wealth Transfer Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

User Conduct

Termination

Changes to Terms
